Conkers Cottage is available to book throughout the year, but since we are in a small residential area we are only taking bookings for couples or 2 people at a time.
To allow us time to prepare your Conkers Cottage Experience we would ask that you arrive after 3pm on the day of arrival.
Similarly, if you would kindly vacate your holiday home before 11am on the day of departure, this would be appreciated.
We request that a 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking (of which 25% is non refundable), with the balance to be paid, at least 6 weeks prior to your chosen holiday date.
An additional £60 deposit is also required with your final balance - this is a safeguard against any damage and will be returned to you at the conclusion of your stay once the cottage has been checked. (Provided that no damage has occurred).

For your safety and comfort, Conkers Cottage is strictly a non-smoking residence and unfortunately, we cannot accept children or pets at the cottage.
Please ensure you read and follow the advice of the Health and Safety Risk Assessments to be found in the property.
